The Right to Bear Life

The United States of America was founded upon the notion that individuals were endowed with certain rights to protect themselves from the government.
One of the most controversial of these rights is placed in the second amendment of the United States constitution: the right to bear arms. Many strict interpretationists and other proponents of this amendment alike have long debated the validity and extent unto which this right is granted.Interesting notions have been put forward regarding the limitations of specific types of guns, but the most effective one, that looks to benefit the American public the greatest, would be a ban on the usage of assault weapons . . .
